Gnomixx offers many statistical methods for analyzing your data. From traditional analyses like ANOVA and linear regression to more complex analyses such as linear mixed modeling of field trials, repeated measurements, proteomics data and generalized linear (mixed) modeling of RNA-seq and Crispr-Cas data.

Gnomixx also provides guidance in the design of the study/experiment and performs sample size and power calculations.
